  5. License Agreement

  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by Five Star Software your use of this
  10. software you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  11. and warranty.

  13. Evaluation and Registration

  15. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  16. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21
  17. days.  If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period
  18. a registration fee of $38.95 is required.  Payments must be in US
  19. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Five Star Software,
  20. 5314 Oxford Gable Lane East, Jacksonville, FL 32257.  When payment is
  21. received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version
  22. of My Wedding Companion.

  24. Unregistered use of My Wedding Companion after the evaluation 
  25. period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  27. Distribution

  29. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  30. Version (select About from the Help menu to check) you are
  31. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
  32. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  33. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  34. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  35. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  36. of the above.

  38. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  39. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  40. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  41. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  43. Registered Version

  45. One registered copy of My Wedding Companion may either be used by a single
  46. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  47. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  48. multiple people, but not both.

  50. Governing Law

  52. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  53. Florida.

  55. Disclaimer of Warranty

  57. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  58. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  59. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  In particular,
  60. there is no warranty for the optional virus scanning feature
  61. (My Wedding Companion does not scan for viruses, it simply runs 
  62. external programs that claim to perform this function).  Because 
  63. of the various hardware and software environments into which 
  64. My Wedding Companion may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  65. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  67. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  68. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  69. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  70. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  71. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
